Mild mannered veterinarian by day, romance writer by night, Cheryl Cross spends her time in California’s Central Valley working with animals and tapping on the keyboard.

Cheryl has had a long love affair with romance novels, picking one up whenever she needs a dose of happily ever after. She writes contemporary romance and romantic suspense novels that feature smart heroines finding love with heroes who aren’t afraid to show a little tenderness. Cheryl is the mother of two cats, Christian Graygary, a handsome black smoke tabby, and his sister, Sissy Bonk Bonk, who was born with cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). Cheryl advocates for spay and neuter to help alleviate pet overpopulation and lower the number of pets euthanized each year while waiting for their forever homes. Spay and neuter it saves lives!
